Mr. Adderton brings more than 25 years of experience in consumer-packaged goods with accomplishments in organizational development, change management, technology implementation, sales and operations planning and trade promotions management. Mr. Adderton led a successful sales and marketing agency, held sales and operational leadership positions with ConAgra Foods and the led the US Client Service organization for the Nielsen Co. Mr. Adderton has also been involved in senior executive and development roles with a number of early stage companies. Since 2013, Mr. Adderton has served as Vice President of the Council of Supply Chain Management professions responsible for operations, HR, IT, and industry relations.

Jess Billedo, Director, Operations – Mexico, Coyote Logistics
Biography
Jess is the Director of Mexico Operations at Coyote Logistics. She started with the company in 2012 and held various positions within the Operations Department, working primarily with Enterprise customers. In 2018, she joined Team Mexico and moved south of the border, overseeing strategy development and implementation, process improvement, and organizational restructuring in our Guadalajara office. Jess has extensive knowledge leading cross-cultural teams and has played a crucial role in expanding Coyote’s cross-border footprint.

Rick Blasgen, Advisor, CSCMP
Biography
Rick D. Blasgen is the former president and chief executive officer of the Council of Supply Chain Management Professionals (CSCMP) in Lombard, Illinois, USA. Rick retired in March, 2021. Blasgen began his career with Nabisco, working in a regional customer service center in Chicago, Illinois. While at Nabisco, he held various logistics positions of increasing responsibility in inventory management, order processing, and transportation and distribution center operations management. Blasgen became vice president, supply chain, at Nabisco in June 1998, then vice president supply chain for Kraft in June 2002. He joined ConAgra Foods in August 2003 as senior vice president integrated logistics.

Brian Brenner has been with Coyote since 2006 and held various leadership positions in both Sales and Sales Operations. Nick Burton is the Creative Director of Bootstrap Farmer, capturing the story of the company’s journey and highlighting their clients on farm tours on film and video. Nick came to Bootstrap Farmer from a farming background. He has used that experience to design Bootstrap Farmer’s American-made hoop house and he has contributed to additional product designs and R&D. He works with the warehouse overseeing special projects and expansions as the company continues to grow in sales and product for the farmers that feed their local communities.

Pat has been with Coyote for over 12 years. Starting his career on the carrier side, Pat later moved on to collaborate with Todd Souder on building what we now know as enterprise operations. Pat now oversees the carrier sales and CTM departments, in addition to LTL and IMDL operations.

Clare is Vice President of Strategic Projects at Coyote Logistics, based in Amsterdam. Prior to Coyote she co-founded technology-led logistics business, Freightex, based in the UK which was acquired by Coyote in 2017 and used as a platform to launch the Coyote brand in Europe. Clare has overseen many areas of the business over time including HR, legal and compliance departments. She led the project to prepare for Brexit and has since managed all aspects of the transition including establishing the newly-formed customs team.

Jonathan Sisler joined Coyote as CFO in 2008 through Coyote’s acquisition of General Freight Services (GFS), where he served as CFO. Until 2015, Jonathan was responsible for the company’s FP&A, and in 2015 he led Coyote through the acquisition with UPS. That same year, Jonathan became President and CEO. He continues to oversee Coyote’s growth strategy and operations.
